Atraktivní hotel v centru Krakova - ve vzdálenosti, která se lehce dá ujít pěšky, popř. tramvají. Nově opravený, včetně vlastního uzavřeného parkoviště, které je nutností, neboť na ulici není místo k zaparkování.
Fotografie na internetu odpovídají skutečnosti, rozčarováni jsme ale byli z několika na první pohled drobností, které ale v celkovém součtu kazí dojem z pobytu:
- na pokoji nebyly žádné ručníky, až když jsme se na ně zeptali později na recepci, bylo nám oznámeno, že budou dodány později kvůli problémům s prádelnou; nicméně při check in o tom nepadlo ani slovo
- některé vybavení pokoje bylo poškozeno (odpadkový koš), chyběla část odtoku umyvadla
- snídani jsme si na recepci objednali na 09:00, ale byla dodána až 09:20, opět bez jakéhokoliv vysvětlení
